Tagviu is a hosted metadata debugger. This page is how to reach us about the web app (https://tagviu.com), the documentation site, the inspect API, hosted MCP, and CLI/Dev Mode features that talk to our servers.

Contact

Email tagviudev@gmail.com. We read every message. Response time depends on volume; include enough detail so we can reproduce the issue without a long back-and-forth.

What to include

The URL you inspected (or that you expected to inspect).
Whether you used the web app, CLI, Dev Mode, or MCP.
Approximate time, error text, and what you expected instead.
Account email if the issue is about sign-in, billing, or an organization.

What we can help with

Product bugs, inspect or preview mismatches, CLI/Dev Mode pairing, hosted MCP, billing for a paid plan, and account or organization access. We do not inspect URLs on your behalf, and we do not provide legal advice about another site's metadata.

Billing

Plan changes and payment methods are in the app under Dashboard → Subscription. If a charge looks wrong, email us from the account that paid and include the approximate date.
